Shipping
Shipping chocolate can be tricky but we are experts at it, so rest assured your treasures will arrive at your door safe and sound. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order.
Because our chocolates are a food product and therefore perishable, we use United States Postal Service Priority Mail to ship our products. We will take necessary measures to ensure you receive the highest quality product, undamaged from the elements. Standard shipping and handling rates apply. We also have options for shipping via Fed Ex or UPS.
As soon as we receive your order, we will place it on our production schedule. We fill most orders within one business day. Your product should arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If there is a delay due to volume of orders, we promise to notify you.
In A Hurry?
- Please select 2nd Day or Next Day Air
- For a Saturday delivery, please select Next Day Saturday for your shipping method and specify delivery date in the special instructions box on the checkout page. (Must be ordered before 1:00 CT on Friday.)

Important Information
- Getting your chocolate to you as fresh as it is the day it's made requires that we use extreme care.
- Due to the fact that your package may go through several shipping hubs in different areas of the country while making its journey to you during the months of May through September insulated cooling materials will be used. In order to cover the costs of this material we will charge a $4.00 summer handling charge that will be added to all orders from May through September.
- When shipping to destinations over 75°, we cannot have packages in transit over the weekend. Nobody likes melted chocolate, these orders will be held until the following Monday.
